PRIMAL™ E-1531C (Flexishine) is an all-acrylic, alkali-soluble emulsion (ASE) primarily used as a high-performance additive in floor polishes and hard surface cleaners.

It is designed by Dow Inc. to provide superior gloss, leveling, and durability while maintaining a clear, colorless appearance even as it ages.

Primary Applications
Floor Polishes & Finishes: It is often incorporated into industrial and commercial floor finishes to achieve a high-gloss look similar to traditional rosin esters but with improved wear resistance.
Hard Surface Cleaners: Used in specialty cleaning formulations where a protective or high-shine film is desired after application.
Leveling Resin: In many formulations, it serves as a “leveling resin” that ensures the floor polish spreads evenly without mop marks.
