Egg Yolk Tellurite Emulsion 100ml
It is a stabilised emulsion of egg yolk for microbiological use, which is added directly to nutrient media for the identification of staphylococci on the basis of their lecithinase activity.
Potassium tellurite has a selective activity and allows the growth of black colonies on the medium
